       7. forms        — signup form, radio cards, consent,
                         field/form validation, signup-success
       8. mandala      — mandala feature, /garden, bloom animator
                         visuals (the geometry itself lives in
                         site/petals.js). The sibling-nav between
                         /mandala, /practices, /garden no longer
                         lives here — it's a global header dropdown
                         (see chrome.css "Nav dropdowns").
       8b. practices   — featured-practices card grid on
                         /practices.html. Sits after mandala because
                         the cards reuse mandala palette tokens.
       8c. resources   — operator-curated reference library on
                         /resources.html (books for now; structured
                         for additional sections later — glossary,
                         apps, quotes, etc.).
       9. sessions     — practice-session log on /sessions.html
      10. instructor   — instructor dashboard + attendance roster
                         on /instructor.html
      11. profile      — instructor profile editor on /profile.html
                         (status badge, photo preview, group
                         headings, submit-for-review card)
      12. articles     — instructor article editor AND public reading
      13. reading      — last: body/lede/desc copy on the UI sans at
                         a comfortable size (display serif stays on
                         headings)

   Trade-off: @import is sequential — a browser must download each
   file in order, which adds a few RTTs vs one fat stylesheet.
   For a low-traffic personal site on Cloudflare's edge that's
   well within the noise floor; readability wins. If the home page
   ever shows up slow on real devices, swap this manifest for
   multiple <link> tags in each HTML page (parallel loads).
